Senior Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead the strategic transformation and optimization of a complex Microsoft Dynamics platform, enhancing efficiency and integration capabilities.

• Drive the modernization of CRM architecture and functionality, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement.

• Mentor and empower a team of senior engineers, fostering autonomy, creativity, and proactive solution development.

• Own the technical strategy and roadmaps for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, balancing new features with stability.

• Oversee architecture, data governance, integrations, and ensure system performance and scalability.

• Champion the adoption of Power Platform capabilities and embed AI/Copilot functionality into workflows.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Sales & Marketing modules.

• Proven expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).

• Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and cloud deployment patterns.

• Experience integrating AI or Copilot features within Dynamics/Power Platform environments.

• Demonstrated track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex CRM projects.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
