Basic Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Clearance

DoD 8140/8570 Certification Level II (Security + CE, CySA+, CISSP)

Knowledge of Agile DevSecOps principles and methodologies

Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting

Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), containerization, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure)

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and IT service management tools, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow)

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and scripting languages like Bash, Perl, and PowerShell

Must be available to support weekend and after-hours application deployments

This is an onsite role supporting the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division, and can be located at our Marietta, GA, Fort Worth, TX or Palmdale, CA facilities.

The selected candidate will join the Classified Applications team as a Software Engineer in support of Aeronautics Advanced Development (ADP) Programs. This position will be responsible for development, maintenance and operation of software applications in support of the ADP Skunkworks organization.

Candidate should be able to easily reach out to architects, performance engineers, developers and DBA's to collaborate for success. Candidate should feel comfortable engaging with most levels in the organization, including internal customer-facing discussions on requirements, demonstrations, etc.

Desired Skills

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including 3DX (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA) and other PLM tools such as Teamcenter and Xelearator

DevSecOps expertise with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform), and GIT version control

Certifications

  • RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator
