This position is being bid on and closes on 5/25/26 – Provide an Applications Development Lead who serves as the primary POC to the Customer regarding oversight of a full-stack and software development across Customer platforms and applications deployed to production. This individual shall provide technical guidance to ensure program deadlines are met.

Mandatory Requirements

• Developmental (0-2 years’ experience)

Provide developer expertise with AWS/MS Azure cloud technologies and services as well as respective general practices and processes. Experience with Jenkins, Github, Docker, and orchestration tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, or Terraform are required. Experience with Linux administration and scripting languages including Bash and Python and experience with the full ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Filebeat). a. Analyze complex system requirements.

b. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses.

c. With Customer oversight, manage the implementation of new software tools and subsystems.

d. Translate detailed design into software.

e. Conduct development activities such as coding, testing, debugging and refining the software.

f. Prepare documentation such as program-level, user-level and security documentation.

g. Enhance software to improve efficiency.

h. Deploy and maintain a cloud-based infrastructure to support a web application with micro services backend.

i. Develop detailed designs.

j. Decompose requirements.

k. Develop key features and enhancements.

l. Work with other systems engineers and developers.

m. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques.

n. Provide guidance on the use of automated support tools.

o. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
