Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Travel assignment in Pocatello, Idaho. Start date 06/08/2026 for a duration measured in weeks. Weekly pay range $1,457–$1,542 per week. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric Med-Surg patients during night shifts, maintaining a 1:6 nurse-patient ratio
• Administer medications, initiate IV therapies, monitor patient status, perform wound care, and manage advanced bedside tasks (PCA, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP as needed)
• Conduct tracheostomy care, chest tube management, and PICC/PICC care; perform phlebotomy and basic wound/abscess care as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IV team, PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Social Services, Rapid Response, Interpretation services) to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
• Utilize Epic for charting; document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately; adhere to isolation precautions and hospital protocols
• Participate in care planning, patient and family education, and discharge planning; respond to rapid responses and codes as required

Requirements

• Active RN license in Idaho (or valid compact license) in hand at time of submittal
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 12 months of hire
• Experience: 2 years Med-Surg preferred; 1 year acceptable; travel experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Floating: Competencies required for floated areas; able to work across related units as needed
• Onboarding: Complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing; orientation of 24 hours
• 100-mile radius rule: Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the assignment facility
