HRSD Product Manager, 37267398
Indexed description
This role is well-suited for a product marketer—or a product manager with a strong flair for marketing, narrative, and content creation. What matters is the ability to write messaging that resonates, frame AI capabilities for business buyers, and build decks that are themselves a product. A strong design sense and fluency in PowerPoint, Figma, or Keynote is expected.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging, Positioning & Narrative
- Develop product-level messaging and positioning for new and existing HRSD products, with a focus on AI-native experiences
- Translate technical AI capabilities (agents, orchestration, model behavior) into language business buyers and HR leaders understand
- Build narrative arcs that connect product capabilities to customer outcomes
- Maintain consistent voice and positioning across field-facing assets as products evolve
- Produce executive presentations, EBC content, first-call decks, second-call decks, and demo narratives
- Build keynote and event content in partnership with product leadership
- Produce one-pagers, solution briefs, customer-facing FAQs, and field battlecards
- Iterate quickly across stakeholder feedback loops
- Translate new AI products into field enablement materials: launch decks, talk tracks, objection handlers, and short-form video scripts
- Partner with sales enablement and partner teams to ensure messaging lands in the field
- Develop bootcamp content and supplemental product documentation
- Partner with product management and the PMM team on product strategy and portfolio alignment
- Engage early in the product development cycle so narrative and positioning are built alongside the product
- Operate effectively across product, design, marketing, sales, and enablement
- Track record building product messaging frameworks, positioning, and narrative architecture for technical or AI products
- Strong business writing: tight, persuasive, free of jargon and AI hype
- Can take a half-formed product concept and return a coherent story arc
- Working understanding of modern AI concepts (agents, LLMs, model orchestration, evaluation) sufficient to interview engineers and translate without distortion
- Can credibly hold both technical and business conversations
- Cuts through AI hype to find the customer-relevant signal
- Strong PowerPoint craft: master slide discipline, typographic hierarchy, layout
- Design sensibility appropriate for executive audiences
- Familiarity with Figma, Keynote, or similar; comfort working within an established brand system
- Treats the deck as a product surface
- Self-directed; returns a strong first draft, not a list of questions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration on products still being defined
- Calibrates work to audience—polishes to finish or ships rough as appropriate
- Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in craft
- College or University Degree
- Product messaging/narrative
