Computer Vision / Machine Learning Developer (Graduate)

Do you want to develop computer vision and machine learning solutions for closing the gap between plan and reality for large-scale construction projects, with the goal of minimizing waste through digitalization?

Your new role

Bringing data from offices to the construction site using 3D BIM models has long been part of our core expertise here at Dalux. Now, as one of the next steps in our effort to digitalize the construction industry, we are working to bring data from the construction site back into the office using modern computer vision techniques.

As a Computer Vision Developer, you will develop new features for our existing products that improve the understanding, alignment, and correspondence between 3D models of construction sites and video data gathered using our vSLAM system.

You will work with research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping to explore new solutions and transform ideas into high-quality features that solve real problems for our users.

This role is well suited for a recent graduate who wants to work with modern computer vision and machine learning technologies in real-world products.

Your background

We imagine that you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related area.
• Have interest in Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
• Are newly graduated or have up to 2 years of experience.
• Have knowledge about programming in Python and/or C++.
• Have worked with computer vision or machine learning during your studies or projects.
• Enjoy solving complex problems and turning ideas into working software.
• Can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have knowledge about tools such as OpenCV, PyTorch, or similar frameworks (this is a plus but not require).
