Indexed description
You will be working on both front-end and back-end application services residing in AWS cloud. You get to work with a bunch of great people, where the whole team owns the project together.
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you won't just write code; you will own the lifecycle of our core services. You will join a high-autonomy team responsible for decoupling dependencies, reducing time-to-market, and integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities. You’ll work across the full stack - from modern React-based frontend to AWS serverless backend microservices - ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and resilient.
What are you going to do?
- Architect & Build: Develop scalable microservices and web applications within a cloud-native AWS environment.
- AI Integration: Play a key role in our AI roadmap, implementing advanced patterns like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agents to enhance our product's intelligence.
- AI in SDLC: Implement AI in all steps of the development lifecycle, from requirements to running the services and collect metrics for feedback
- Engineering Excellence: Drive high standards for code maintainability, security, and performance. You’ll lead code reviews, mentor peers, and refine our CI/CD pipelines.
- System Evolution: Help us transition toward a shared infrastructure for our CLM eSign SaaS systems.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for the full development as a feature owner, from planning to releasing a feature, along with monitoring production health via DataDog and/or CloudWatch.
- Experience: 10+ Years: You are a seasoned Fullstack Engineer with a track record of building cloud-first SaaS solutions
- Technical Versatility: Deep proficiency in Node.js, ASP.Net (Backend) and React (Frontend)
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation etc.) and an understanding of serverless and microservice architectures
- AI Skills: Knowledge and experience from how AI is used in the development lifecycle and the pros and cons of different LLM and tools
- The "Ownership" Mindset: You are autonomous, business-oriented, and believe that a ticket isn't "Done" until it delivers real customer value
- Problem Solver: You enjoy debugging complex production issues and proactively improving codebases before problems arise
- Database: SQL Server, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch
- Tools: GitHub/Bitbucket, CI/CD automation, DataDog/CloudWatch
- Language: Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Domain knowledge: From FinTech or RegTech and working with regulations and compliance (we are ISO27001 certified)
