Software Engineer

We’re partnering with a growing technology organization seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Developer to join a highly technical team working on data-intensive platforms and modeling systems. This is a remote opportunity based in the UK or Ireland.

The ideal background will include strong experience with C#/.NET development in complex, scalable environments, ideally within industries such as InsurTech, insurance, catastrophe modeling, GIS/mapping, utilities, climate/weather technology, or scientific/analytical platforms.

Candidates should have experience building core products, platforms, or modeling systems rather than primarily internal business tools. Exposure to large-scale data processing, geospatial technologies, risk modeling, analytics, or research-driven environments would be highly relevant.

The team is looking for highly technical, intellectually curious individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and working in deeply technical, engineering-focused environments. Strong academic foundations are preferred, ideally with a BSc or other technical/scientific degree from a well-regarded UK university.
