Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support IBM MFT workflows and processes for secure file exchanges across internal and external networks.
- Integrate MFT solutions with IDAM platforms, ensuring robust authentication, authorisation, and auditing in line with Zero Trust Architecture.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise SFTP connections for secure data transfers.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce Zero Trust policies, continuously monitor access, and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Document technical solutions, best practices, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with IBM MFT technologies (e.g., IBM Sterling, IBM Connect:Direct).
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture concepts and practical application in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in integrating MFT solutions with IDAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, IBM Security Verify).
- Solid knowledge of SFTP protocols, encryption standards, and secure file transfer practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimise performance for secure file transfers.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in IBM MFT technologies or cyber security.
- Familiarity with Australian regulatory requirements for data security and privacy.
- Experience working in agile or DevOps environments.
