About this team

An experienced GenAI/LLM expert who can design practical, production-grade AI solutions (not just model-driven prototypes). This role requires someone who understands how to balance traditional programming (Python-based logic, rules, and data processing) with LLM capabilities, using the model as an intelligent augmentation layer rather than the sole decision-maker.

• Very Important: Strong Python engineering skills (data pipelines, APIs, business logic implementation)
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks
• Experience with hybrid architectures (rules + AI models)
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and production deployment
• Understanding of AI limitations
