Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and services to design scalable and resilient systems.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance and security.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
