We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in supporting and maintaining complex applications across front-end and back-end systems. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, leadership in support processes, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide advanced technical support for full-stack applications, including UI, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Manage escalated support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and establish best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior support engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align support with business needs.
- 5–12 years of experience in full-stack development and technical support.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Expertise in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET).
- Advanced knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other structured support frameworks.
- Ability to manage priorities in high-pressure environments.
- Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving mindset.
