Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident response. - Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline operations. - Proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system reliability. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies. - Ability to analyze complex systems and implement robust solutions to enhance availability and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
