The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of new features, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Translate high-level requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Act as the bridge between Java/Spring backend and Vue.js frontend.
• Take ownership of feature development from concept through to delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration across the stack, maintaining architectural consistency.
• Drive best practices across the engineering team and mentor junior engineers.

What You'll Need

• Deep expertise in Vue.js and modern frontend development.
• Strong backend experience in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Data, Security, MVC).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, SQL/database design, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives.
• Ability to mentor others and elevate the overall technical capability of the team.
• Strong problem-solver and critical thinker, comfortable working with broad requirements.
