Theyβre now hiring a Senior Engineer to take ownership of key backend systems, focusing on stability, reliability and production performance as the platform continues to scale.
What youβll be doing:
ππΌ Owning and improving backend systems
ππΌ Supporting reliability and performance in production
ππΌ Working with integrations and external services
ππΌ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features
ππΌ Contributing to deployment, monitoring and engineering improvements
Tech stack:
βοΈ Ruby on Rails
βοΈ Relational databases
βοΈ Background processing (eg. Sidekiq / Redis)
βοΈ Cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
