Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Cost Coding: Accurately code and track project costs, ensuring all expenses are recorded and categorized correctly.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or cost-related queries.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
- Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on accounts payable and cost coding.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
