Senior Software Engineer

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Coding! … including contributions to open source software that we use or maintain!

* Writing and implementing design documents .

* Documenting your creations, as well as ensuring great automated test coverage

* Serving as a role model – and helping the team to follow software engineering best-practices

Must Haves:

* Highly motivated Software Engineer with ownership mindset

* 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in large-scale or high-growth environments

* Strong background in scalable systems and modern engineering practices

* Recent hands-on experience with Python and/or Go

* Business domain: compute infrastructure & platforms

* Experience with Kubernetes (usage, concepts, and operations)

* Familiarity with public cloud environments such as AWS

* Experience in test automation, ideally with pytest

* Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take responsibility

* English fluent is a MUST

Nice to haves:

* Interest in or experience with tools such as HashiCorp Vault, FluxCD, Kustomize, Terraform, Grafana, GitLab, Slack, and Linear
