We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior AI Engineer to support our clients in advancing their AI capabilities across various initiatives including AI-powered customer support, agentic staff training and agentic shopping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI agents leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure
• Design and implement function calling methodologies to enhance AI agent capabilities
• Ensure chatbot accuracy and reliability through hallucination prevention techniques
• Integrate and streamline AI workflows using Python
• Collaborate on responsible AI and compliance efforts to align with ethical AI guidelines
• Lead initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI development
• Partner with teams to support agent-based training and AI-driven shopping solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with LLMs, Claude Code or similar technologies
• Strong coding proficiency in Python for AI development and integration
• Knowledge of hallucination prevention techniques and MCP
• Background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices and ethical AI
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies
• Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements
• Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
