We are building AI agents and Gen AI applications that help clients scale AI-powered support, training, and shopping experiences. In this Lead AI Engineer role, you will design agentic workflows, integrate Python-based solutions on Azure, and guide responsible AI practices—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI agents using LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure
• Architect and deliver function calling approaches to expand AI agent capabilities
• Improve chatbot accuracy and dependability using hallucination prevention techniques
• Integrate and streamline AI workflows with Python-based implementations
• Coordinate responsible AI and compliance work to align with ethical AI guidelines
• Lead NLP and Conversational AI efforts across design and delivery
• Collaborate with teams to enable agent-based training and AI-driven shopping solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience with LLMs, Claude Code, or similar technologies with 5+ years of hands-on delivery
• Strong coding proficiency in Python for AI development, integration, and workflow automation
• Deep understanding of hallucination prevention techniques and MCP for reliable agent behavior
• Solid background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices, and ethical AI standards
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI use cases
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to have

• Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics
• Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies
• Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements
• Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
