We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will drive the development of advanced AI solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. You will have the opportunity to shape technical direction and contribute to innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms
• Oversee the implementation of machine learning pipelines and workflows
• Guide the integration of AI solutions into production systems
• Mentor and support team members in AI engineering best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical requirements
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for AI projects
• Monitor and optimize model performance and scalability
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in AI development
• Conduct research to stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends
• Document technical processes and share knowledge across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields
• At least one year of experience managing or leading teams of 5 or more engineers
• Proven track record delivering AI and GenAI projects from concept to functional prototypes
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps for executive stakeholders
• Strategic mindset focused on prioritizing innovation that drives significant business outcomes
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining structure where direction is unclear
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud’s ecosystem for building scalable and sustainable AI solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level or higher
