Sr. Appian Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Developer with strong expertise in Oracle database design and development. The developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying business process management (BPM) applications using the Appian platform while ensuring robust integration with Oracle databases. This role requires a blend of low-code application development, database design, and performance optimization skills to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Required Experience (5+ years):

• Hands-on Appian development experience, including Appian SAIL, process models, and Appian plug-ins.
• Strong experience in Oracle database design and development, including schema design, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Experience with Appian integrations (e.g., web services, REST APIs, Appian-Oracle connectors).
• Proficiency in performance tuning, indexing strategies, and Oracle query optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.

Logistics:

1. Onsite at DFW Airport Headquarters, Monday-Friday, 8-5
2. Contract to Hire position. Must be Authorized to Work in the US for Any Employer (no C2C).
3. Pay is $53/hr W2 (plus 8 paid holidays and 15 days PTO)
