ServiceNow Engineer (VR Module)

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 10+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience,

training, military experience, or education.

• 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture methods and ability to consult clients on such topics.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• 1+ years of experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, ES5+, and HTML.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the ServiceNow Vulnerability

Response (VR) product.

• Lead complex technology initiatives, including those that are companywide with broad impact, and act as

an escalation point while providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

• Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed-upon standards

and tools.

• Resolve coding, testing, and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
• Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas are met and work with other

stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.

• Deliver secure and scalable solutions that comply with defined standards and best practices.
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups

to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.

• Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
• Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
