About the Role

We are hiring Senior Software Engineers to help build and scale our core platform. Rather than applying to a specific team upfront, candidates will go through a centralized process where we align their strengths and interests with the areas of greatest impact.

Senior Engineers play a key role beyond implementation, they contribute to product direction, drive technical decisions, and support the growth of the broader engineering team while building systems that operate at meaningful scale.

Example areas of focus include:

• User Engagement & Growth: Enhancing communication systems to better reach and engage users with timely, relevant interactions.

• User Experience & Platform Features: Building and improving core product experiences that help users navigate and resolve financial obligations.

• Financial Systems & Operations: Developing reliable, scalable infrastructure to support transaction processing, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Work On

• Design and build scalable systems serving a large and growing user base.
• Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations partners.
• Help evolve engineering processes and best practices across the organization.
