Software Engineer (SDN) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer (SDN), you will design and build software-defined networking solutions to create programmable and efficient network environments. You will focus on developing network control planes and applications that enhance connectivity and performance across the infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement programmable network control planes using SDN principles.
• Develop and optimize data plane programs using P4 to ensure high-performance packet processing.
• Build and maintain network applications that interface with SDN controllers and OpenFlow protocols.
• Automate network management tasks through advanced network programmability and APIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate software-defined solutions into existing network architectures.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or SDN.
• Proven expertise in building software-defined networking solutions and programmable control planes.
• Proficiency in data plane programming using P4 and OpenFlow protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network programmability and developing network applications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
