Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced hands-on Senior Software Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Gen AI Applications that solve complex business problems. This role requires advanced proficiency in Angular for front-end development and Python-based microservices for the orchestration layer deployed to AWS EKS (Kubernetes). You will serve as a hands-on engineer, working alongside Gen AI scientists, UX designers, product managers, and data engineers to shape and implement enterprise-grade Gen AI solutions.

- Identify and implement standard methodologies in software development by demonstrating agile techniques.
- Review and optimize application architecture.

- Lead technical implementation and designing effort.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain the front-end using Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Design and deploy Python-based microservices for robust orchestration
- Design and develop lnner Source-hosted Java/Python libraries to be used across teams.
- Provide training and SME support for cloud-based Applications.
- Implement architecture approved patterns to uplift the applications from current state as a solution.
- Capture new reference implementation patterns for Cl/CD and lstio adoption in a central repository.
- Participate in Change Management and Agile methodologies.
- Implement CNCF principles using cloud native technologies.
- Participate/Conduct roadshows to showcase the reference implementations.
- Provide training and SME support and Perform applications Gap analysis between current and target states and Participate in Change Management practices.
- Identify and implement standard methodologies in software development by demonstrating agile techniques
- Databases such as SQL, Oracle, Postgres and MongoDB
- Cloud native technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5- 7 yrs. of experience in a software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Angular, Python, and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience with cloud-native development, particularly AWS services.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies including Agentic AI

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $129,000 - $193,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
