We are partnering with a growing organization in the Wayne, PA area that is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their technology team on a full-time, direct-hire basis.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and overall system reliability
- Support integration efforts across enterprise systems using APIs and related technologies
- Participate in Agile-based project delivery and contribute to technical planning sessions
- Provide guidance and technical direction to junior developers and project teams
- Ensure development follows security standards, governance policies, and platform best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and application issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Strong background in ServiceNow development and customization
- Proficiency with JavaScript, scripting, APIs, and platform integrations
- Experience working with workflows, automation tools, and enterprise application development
- Ability to architect maintainable and scalable technical solutions based on business needs
- Familiarity with platform administration, data structures, and system optimization techniques
- Understanding of secure coding methodologies and application security concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience mentoring developers or contributing within Agile or hybrid project environments
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Current ServiceNow Delta certifications preferred
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CMDB modules
- Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise environments
- Prior experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations
