Job Summary

Seeking a Conversational AI Developer with a strong background in software development, AI, and natural language processing to create innovative chatbots and virtual assistants.

Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle development of chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, or similar CAI technologies.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design conversational flows.
  • Integration of NLP/NLU techniques.
  • Leveraging Generative AI services for enhanced responses.
  • Developing chatbots for multiple channels.
  • Testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimizing conversational AI solutions.
  • Staying updated on the latest advancements in Conversational AI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in conversational AI or chatbots.
  • Expertise in Azure Bot Framework v4 (Adaptive Dialogs, Waterfall Dialogs).
  • Strong backend development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations.
  • Experience configuring Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Experience implementing Hybrid AI strategies (Azure CLU, Azure OpenAI/GPT).
  • Familiarity with middleware (MuleSoft or similar).
  • Data-driven optimization skills using Power BI.
  • SDLC leadership experience, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for innovation in Conversational AI.
