Software Developer – MuleSoft / Java Developer

Westborough, MA (Hybrid – Tue to Thu Onsite)

We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the IT organization in delivering high-quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. This role involves working closely with senior team members to analyze requirements, design software solutions, support production environments, and implement modern technologies.

Required Skills:

• MuleSoft Development

• Java / J2EE

• Spring Framework / Spring MVC / Hibernate

• REST & SOAP APIs

• AWS or Azure Cloud

• HTML, XML, JavaScript

• Enterprise Integrations & Messaging

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle / PL-SQL / Oracle APEX

• Docker / Kubernetes / Helm

• Angular / React / Bootstrap

• MongoDB / Redis

• Salesforce APEX

• Python or Kotlin

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications

• Develop proofs of concept and digital prototypes using modern technologies

• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

• Create technical designs and support software development activities

• Participate in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing activities

• Support process improvements, testing, pilots, and production support

• Research and adopt new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency

• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 4+ years of relevant software development experience

• Experience building scalable enterprise applications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid role based in Westborough/Woburn, MA (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
