We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to join Tribal’s IT Technical Services team — building enterprise-grade solutions that support operations across a global EdTech business .You’ll be working on enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions used across the business, including ongoing support and continuous improvement of live environments.

What You’ll Work on

• Canvas and model-driven Power Apps for business-critical workflows
• Power Automate flows across manual, scheduled, and event-driven triggers
• Integrations with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and external systems
• Technical documentation and solution architecture
• BAU support and troubleshooting for live Power Platform toool

What We’re Looking for

• 2–3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development
• Solid understanding of when to use SharePoint vs Dataverse
• Azure fundamentals — specifically identity and access management
• Experience documenting technical specs for Power Platform solutions
• Power BI, SQL, or Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus

• Remote-first, Manila-based
• PHP 83,333 – 91,666/month gross
• Part of a collaborative IT Technical Services team
