Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig with the role of Risk Systems and Strategy Execution Officer - Developer

In this role you will lead the launch and continuous innovation of the Loan Origination Solutions system, automating credit policies and loan approvals across various products. You will also drive credit process optimization and supports business strategy execution through system‑enabled initiatives and process improvements.

What the role will entail

• Design, develop, and maintain loan application and auxiliary systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
• Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot to ensure system stability and performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout development
• Support deployment, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Rest API development, Java, Python, C++ and My SQL are must haves. With knowledge in Angular JS, Apache web server, Redis Stack and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS (nice to have). Knowledge in GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket for documentation
• Background in an Agile or Scrum development environment is preferred. Knowledge of the Bank’s Credit Operations process is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and explain concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills to design systems, resolve issues, and deliver scalable, end‑to‑end solutions
