Full Stack AI Engineer

We are a fast-growing insurance platform embedded inside one of Pennsylvania’s top financial institutions. We’re building AI-powered systems that change how people discover, enroll in, and stay enrolled in the right insurance coverage – at scale.

This is a builder role. You’ll work directly with the founding team to design and ship full-stack features, connect complex third-party platforms, and integrate AI into real-world workflows that drive measurable revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain AI-assisted tools that interact with real clients and members
• Design and own API integrations across CRM, AMS, scheduling, and communication platforms
• Wire workflows together across systems that don’t natively talk to each other
• Deploy and iterate fast in a production environment
• What We’re Looking For
• Full-stack experience: Node.js + React or equivalent modern stack
• Production LLM/AI API experience (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent)
• Strong integration instincts – you’ve connected messy systems and shipped
• Supabase or PostgreSQL experience
• Vercel or similar deployment environments
• Self-directed with strong communication

Bonus

Prior experience in insurance, insurtech, or financial services will move you to the top of the list. Candidates with direct insurance industry experience may also be considered for a fractional or contract arrangement.

Compensation $100,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience
