About The Role
Procure Ai is a Europe-based AI technology provider redefining enterprise procurement through its Augmented Procurement Platform. By combining AI, advanced predictive analytics, and autonomous execution, we help enterprises streamline operations, reduce risk, automate decision-making, and maximize cost savings.
We’re a team of creative tech and business professionals based across Europe and the UK working at the intersection of AI, software, and impact.
This role is based in Germany, the UK or France. Unfortunately, this role does not offer visa support or relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for curious and driven full-stack developers at any stage of their career. This isn't a usual engineering role. You'll be on a dedicated team launching a brand-new product from day one, working directly with our tech lead, Tobias Lindener and our delivery lead, Jakob Reuschlein.

🧑💻 What You’ll Work On
- You'll be on a dedicated team launching a brand-new product from day one
- Build across the stack: frontend components and backend logic using modern frameworks like React and Node.js
- Deliver user-facing features in short cycles and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and leadership in a close-knit, agile team
- Contribute to scalable architecture and clean, maintainable code
- Learn hands-on: DevOps, CI/CD, performance tuning, AI, and building enterprise software
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and familiar with React and/or Node.js
- You actively use AI and new tools in your day-to-day work
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and excited by real-world challenges
- Strong grasp of software fundamentals: data structures, clean code, and system architecture
- You are available for the job in May-June 2026
- Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Built side projects, contributed to open source, or launched something independently
- Interest in procurement, automation, or enterprise software
- Regular in-person team offsites across Europe

Our Recruiting Process For This Role
- A 20-min introductory call or a recorded video interview (we aim to provide flexibility around scheduling and avoid bottlenecks in the process. To support this, we may involve an external partner for the initial conversation or offer an AI-enabled interview tool. This tool does not assess your responses, it simply facilitates a flexible, asynchronous exchange between you and our team)
- A 1-day hackathon in London or Berlin where you’ll collaborate with our team on a real, product-related task.
- Dates:
Berlin: May 21
- If it feels like a good mutual fit, you’ll meet our Co-founders.
- Subject to final agreement, we’ll sign a an employment agreement or a contract in May 2026 with the start date in May-June 2026.
