SE Supply Chain – MP&A

Purpose & Overview

This role will support our full supply chain capability for the enterprise with primary responsibility for Merchandise Planning and Allocation applications. This is a functional role that will support SCPO capabilities with focus on Demand and Fulfillment by partnering with cross- functional technology teams within Victorias Secret IT Team. Work responsibilities will include executing full SDLC activities in enhancing existing or implementing new functionality in close collaboration with Business. Associate will report to a Bangalore based Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Execute production support duties including; Break / fix support with a goal to reduce repetitive failures and the overall number of failures.
• Monitor and resolve system performance issues.
• Follow the regular shift from 10:30 Am – 7:30 PM to coordinate work activities with other Bangalore team members.
• Assist Team in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and expertise.
• Participate in projects and enhancements that require SCPO functionality. Duties will include work in all phases of the SDLC: Formulate and define system scope and objectives with the help of a mentor.
• Create and document technical design.
• Coordinate with functional team for development, test and implementation of objects.

Technical Requirements

Required Skills:

• Any Demand Planning tool O9, Relex , JDA etc
• Oracle (PL/SQL)
• Unix/Linux Shell Scripting

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years of functional experience with Demand planning packaged suites.
• Excellent database skills using Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Shell Scripting
• Ability to understand high level business requirements into working applications.
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Should have participated in at least one Implementation / Upgrade
