Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Software Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Design and development of simulation support and testing software in C++.
• Further development of the framework architecture, particularly in middleware and real-time applications.
• Application of state-of-the-art development technologies and techniques.
• Active contribution to virtual engineering environments (combining simulations with real hardware).

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in SW Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant hands-on experience in test procedures and test scripts.
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• C1 German Level – will be a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
