Financial Analyst-Level 1

We are searching for a Financial Analyst-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative assistance functions. You will be creating Purchase Orders for Renewable projects. The ideal person must have Intermediate Level Excel experience.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of records, data retrieval/compilation, financial reporting (budget/variance/cost tracking), month-end close, and ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

• May perform some limited accounts payable activities.

• May perform some limited accounts payable activities, some limited inventory activities or indicator tracking.

• May include other misc. duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School/GED or 2-5 years relevant duties experience and relevant supervisory experience required, if applicable.
• Must have Excel experience Intermediate Level : (Data Analysis) Data Tools: Creating and formatting PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Data Validation. Functions: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIF, COUNTIF. Formatting: Conditional formatting (highlighting cells based on rules).
