StaffRight Associates is seeking a visionary Team Lead / Senior .Net Developer to spearhead the evolution of high-performance software solutions within the supply chain and logistics sector. This is a high-impact role designed for a technical leader who thrives on translating complex system requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade architecture.

You will act as a pivotal technical authority, driving innovation while ensuring the structural integrity and performance of mission-critical applications that keep global commerce moving.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy sophisticated .NET applications, utilizing both Framework and Core to meet rigorous performance benchmarks.
• Synthesize complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and robust architectural blueprints.
• Engineer clean, maintainable, and testable codebases, establishing the gold standard for software excellence within the team.
• Champion the integration of Azure cloud services, leveraging advanced features like Key Vault, Blob storage, and Graph API to enhance system security and functionality.
• Direct the refactoring and debugging process to optimize legacy systems and ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
• Mentor emerging engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning, rigorous peer reviews, and adherence to modern development patterns.
• Optimize high-volume SQL databases through advanced schema design and proactive performance tuning.
• Lead the development of desktop interfaces using Winforms, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience for logistics operations.

What You Bring

• Technical Mastery: Extensive professional experience with C#, .NET Core/Framework, and a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Cloud Proficiency: Proven ability to implement and manage solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
• Database Expertise: Expert-level SQL skills, including T-SQL mastery and a sophisticated approach to data modeling.
• Architectural Depth: Strong command of threading, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming methodologies.
• Versatile Toolset: Proficiency with Entity Framework (Standard/Core) and RESTful API development; familiarity with C++/MFC or modern web stacks (Angular/TypeScript) is highly valued.
• Leadership Aptitude: A track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and serving as a primary point of escalation for complex architectural challenges.
• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
