Construction Project Manager (Custom Home)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain project schedules using company project management software
- Manage active construction projects through all phases of production and completion
- Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and internal team members
- Monitor project budgets, review invoices, and track expenses throughout the construction process
- Maintain project records, reports, schedules, and daily documentation
- Provide ongoing communication and progress updates to clients and leadership
- Ensure work meets company quality expectations and project specifications
- Monitor compliance with applicable safety standards and building requirements
- Lead internal planning meetings and project coordination discussions
- Manage final walkthroughs, closeout documentation, and homeowner turnover process
- Assist with sustainability and process improvement initiatives as assigned
- Minimum 8 years of residential construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management, superintendent, or supervisory experience
- Experience in custom home or luxury residential construction strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and construction/project management platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Experience implementing operational or technology improvements is a plus
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
- Annual Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
