This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hicksville, NY, where you will serve as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee project planning and execution, manage schedules and budgets, ensure adherence to regulatory and project requirements, and monitor the work progress across various phases. Key responsibilities also include coordinating logistics, working closely with expeditors, conducting inspections, and ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently and within deadlines.

• Expertise in Project Management with a proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and resources effectively
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks related to construction projects
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Logistics Management skills to optimize resources and streamline project operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with New York City construction regulations and public sector project requirements is a plus
