Overview

We’re partnering with a growing, well-established organisation looking to hire a Power Platform Developer into their expanding technology team.

This is a high-impact role focused on modernising internal processes and driving automation across the business using the Microsoft Power Platform stack. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, translating real business challenges into scalable, secure, and intuitive digital solutions.

The position offers strong ownership, from discovery through to build, deployment, and support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys delivering tangible business value, not just technical outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse
• Deliver integrations across Microsoft 365 and third-party systems
• Own data models, environments, and security aligned to governance and DLP policies
• Automate business processes with robust error handling and monitoring
• Develop internal chatbot solutions using Copilot Studio
• Manage solution releases, documentation and change control
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise delivery
• Provide ongoing support (2nd/3rd line) and continuous improvement of solutions
• Ensure everything delivered is scalable, secure, and supportable long-term
