We are seeking a passionate GenAI and Python Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Python, AI/ML concepts, and practical exposure to Generative AI tools, models, or frameworks. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI-driven solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI models (LLMs, image models, prompt engineering, etc.).
  • Build Python-based applications, APIs, and automation scripts supporting AI workflows.
  • Work with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face to implement AI solutions.
  • Assist in building data pipelines, preprocessing datasets, and cleaning structured/unstructured data.
  • Perform model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Document code, maintain version control (Git), and follow best coding practices.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support in development for GenAI use cases.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in Generative AI.
  • Strong expertise in LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
