We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building communities around technology.
This position will be key in helping us build stronger relationships within our developer community and ensuring that customers using our SDKs and APIs have the best possible experience.
Who you are:
- Strong software engineering background (experience with SDKs, APIs, or developer tools).
- Excellent communication skills — both written (technical content) and verbal (presentations/workshops).
- Experience contributing to open-source projects or developer communities.
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern developer workflows.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, developer-friendly communication.
What you will do:
- Create sample apps, tutorials, and code snippets showcasing SDK/API best practices.
- Deliver workshops, webinars, and technical talks to onboard and inspire developers.
- Support integration efforts by answering technical questions and providing guidance.
- Act as the “voice of the developer” internally to improve product experience.
- Write blog posts, documentation, and guides highlighting practical use cases.
- Collect and synthesize developer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Advocate for developer needs with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Track SDK adoption and suggest improvements to increase developer satisfaction.
