Key Account Manager

Co-Impact is a leading nonprofit organization working to advance the integration of Arab talent into the private sector in Israel through strategic partnerships with employers, government entities, and key stakeholders across sectors.

We are looking for a business-oriented professional with experience managing client relationships, partnerships, or organizational projects to join our Employer Engagement team.

This role combines strategic account management, organizational consulting, and cross-sector collaboration to support leading companies in advancing DE&I initiatives and integrating Arab talent into the workforce.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support companies in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies, with a focus on expanding recruitment and integration of employees from the Arab sector.
• Work closely with leadership teams, HR departments, and managers to lead organizational change initiatives.
• Manage project plans from planning to execution, including monitoring progress and ensuring successful implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while developing new collaborations and opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the business sector – must.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field – must.
• Strong initiative, motivation, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and Arabic.
• Management experience – an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the country.
