About the Role:

We are looking for a Robotics Engineer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on robotics systems, automation, autonomous technologies, and intelligent machine behavior.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to robotics programming, motion planning, control systems, sensors, embedded systems, and autonomous decision-making, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world robotics engineering challenges

You will collaborate with global AI and engineering teams to assess the technical accuracy, system reliability, and operational effectiveness of AI-generated robotics solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for robotics automation, simulation, and intelligent systems engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including robotics workflows, control systems, automation strategies, and system optimization approaches.
• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to robotics engineering and autonomous systems
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency.
• Diagnose and solve real-world robotics and automation challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities.
• Assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, system efficiency, hardware compatibility, and operational reliability.
• Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, inefficient implementations, or safety concerns in AI-generated robotics solutions and provide structured feedback.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on robotics systems, automation, and intelligent machines.

Requirements:

• Background in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, control theory, sensors, automation, and autonomous technologies.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or C++ and familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) is preferred
• Familiarity with embedded systems, motion planning, simulation tools, or computer vision concepts is a plusAbility to critically evaluate robotics architectures, control workflows, and engineering solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
