Ciklum is looking for a Expert Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About The Role

As a Expert Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Applies advanced analytics and AI techniques to extract insight from unstructured and semi-structured data, enabling organisations to understand behavioural patterns, coordination dynamics, and hidden operational effort.

Responsibilities

• Analyse unstructured data sources such as communications, logs, and text-based interactions
• Extract and structure key signals and patterns from communication datasets
• Apply AI/LLM techniques for classification, clustering, and intent detection
• Identify behavioural patterns, inefficiencies, and coordination dynamics
• Integrate unstructured insights with structured data for a holistic operational view
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights

• Strong experience in data analysis on unstructured datasets
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / NLP (Snowflake Cortex preferred)
• Experience analysing communication datasets (email / logs / text data)
• Strong Python / SQL capability
• Ability to translate raw text data into operational insights
• Understanding of process / workflow analysis is a strong advantage
