What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full-stack software solutions.
• Take ownership of key components across the stack, driving quality, best practices, and technical excellence.
• Mentor and support other developers, helping elevate the overall capability of the team.
• Build, enhance, and maintain high-performing internal and external applications.
• Develop new functionality across existing and greenfield products.
• Work hands-on with a modern tech landscape including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Redis, cloud-native architecture and more.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail in everything you produce.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

• C#
• .NET 6.0 / 7.0 / 8.0, Visual Studio 2022
• MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimisation, large-scale datasets)
• Azure PaaS (Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Storage Accounts)
• RESTful API architecture and implementation
• Git-based CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Unit and integration testing

What We’re Looking For

• A strong IT-related degree
• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• 5+ years working with C#, .NET, and SQL Server in web-based solutions
• Any experience around LLM's, Agentic AI or AI Agents would be beneficial
