Senior TypeScript Backend Developer – AI Orchestration | SAP Integration - B2B 12 Months

We're working with a forward-thinking technology business to find a Senior TypeScript Backend Developer who can help shape the next generation of AI-powered enterprise systems.

This is a role for someone who loves building things that are genuinely complex — multi-agent architectures, long-running workflows, and intelligent systems that bridge the gap between modern AI tooling and enterprise infrastructure.

The role

You'll be designing and developing backend systems in TypeScript that power AI orchestration workflows — building the scaffolding that makes intelligent automation reliable at scale. That means working with multi-agent coordination, state management, error handling, and human-in-the-loop validation to ensure robust, durable execution.

You'll also be integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (including SAP), external APIs, and existing data infrastructure — so the ability to navigate complex, client-facing delivery environments is important.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on TypeScript backend development experience
• Solid understanding of AI orchestration concepts — agent coordination, workflow automation, infrastructure integration
• Experience delivering in complex, client-facing environments
• Familiarity with SAP ABAP and/or SAP UI5 is a genuine advantage
