Strategic Projects Manager
Indexed description
This is a role for a structured thinker and doer: someone who can break down ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and build scalable processes that keep a fast-growing company running smoothly. You’ll also help embed an AI-first, automation-driven way of working across the organisation.
Position: Strategic Projects Manager
🎯What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Project Leadership: Own a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional projects from definition through to delivery — scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, execution tracking, and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central coordination point for initiatives that span multiple departments (e.g. new market launches, platform integrations, strategic partnerships, operational process overhauls). Proactively identify risks, escalate to leadership with clear options and recommendations.
- CEO & Leadership Support: Serve as a thought partner and execution arm to the CEO on priority strategic topics: competitive analysis, business case development, and opportunity sizing. Prepare high-quality materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic reviews.
- Process Design & Operational Excellence: Identify operational gaps and build scalable processes, templates, and frameworks that enable the business to grow efficiently. Drive adoption of project management best practices across the organisation.
- Partnerships & External Stakeholder Management: Support the development and management of strategic partnerships, including onboarding coordination and relationship maintenance.
- AI-First Operations: Champion the lean, AI-first operating philosophy. Identify where automation and no-code/low-code solutions can reduce manual work and increase throughput across the organisation.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in strategic project management, management consulting, internal strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesise large amounts of information, and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+); ability to produce crisp executive-level documents and presentations.
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model from our office in Warsaw, Poland.
- High proficiency with project management tools and productivity software.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup, scale-up, or B2B marketplace is a strong asset.
- Background in management consulting (Big 4, MBB or similar) or corporate strategy is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in additional European languages (German, Polish, French) is an advantage.
