- Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
- Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
- 8+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining high-performance code in production environments, moving beyond theoretical or advisory-only roles.
- Proven experience integrating AI capabilities into large-scale, existing microservice architectures and traditional engineering stacks (e.g., .NET).
- Track record of solving complex, real-world problems using recent, practical AI implementation techniques.
- Deep experience in optimizing token economics and managing context window constraints to balance cost and performance.
- Adept at designing and orchestrating agentic systems, including the use of sub-agents and specialized skills.
- Solid background in software engineering fundamentals, ensuring AI solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Expertise in modern AI frameworks and development approaches, staying ahead of rapidly evolving industry standards.
- Skilled at providing informed opinions and battle-tested best practices rather than repeating publicly available knowledge.
- Capable of working with ambiguity to guide technical decisions and act as a "phone-a-friend" expert for difficult implementation challenges.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
