Role Overview:

WolfCreek Consulting is seeking a hands-on Fractional Lead Developer to guide a 10-week sprint to deliver a production-ready MVP. You will provide senior technical oversight, manage a team of five Miami Dade College interns, and ensure the stability, security, and maintainability of our codebase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives. Own the technical direction and ensure high-quality, secure code.
• Team Supervision: Mentor and supervise five interns, delegating tasks effectively while retaining ownership of critical features.
• Code Quality & Oversight: Conduct rigorous code reviews, manage pull requests, and maintain a disciplined GitHub workflow.
• Core Development: Focus on critical MVP functionality, including authentication, row-level security (RLS), audit logging, and production deployment.
• Project Delivery: Pragmatically navigate the existing stack to meet the 10-week MVP deadline.

Required Tech Stack & Experience:

• Stack: React, TypeScript, Vite, React Router, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Supabase, and Vercel.
• Core Competencies: Authentication/session management, RLS, production release readiness, and structured code review processes.
• Leadership: Proven experience in supervising junior developers or interns.
• Additional Preference: Experience or ability to assess mobile deployment options.
