Pay Range:$203,000 - $304,000 Per Year

Join our team as a Staff AI Platform Engineer in New York, NY.

This full-time role involves leading engineering initiatives to build scalable AI systems.

You will be responsible for developing robust platforms and mentoring engineering teams, utilizing advanced engineering practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable distributed systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Establish testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for system integrity.

Mentor engineers in building stable production systems.

Own the technical roadmap and make architectural decisions.

Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI capabilities.

Qualifications

7 years of experience in building and operating distributed systems.

Proven track record of improving system reliability to achieve high uptime.

Expertise in modern engineering practices such as microservices and containerization.

Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.

Strong coding skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
